ABOUT SAN BERNARDINO
San Bernardino is the largest city in San Bernardino County and is also the county seat. Government is one of the main drivers of both the economy and office space demand. In addition to the retail and service industries, education and healthcare are notable economic anchors. California State University, San Bernardino is one of the largest employers in the city.
Much of San Bernardino’s office space is concentrated in two areas of the city, Downtown San Bernardino and an area south of downtown near the intersection of interstates 10 and 215. Most of the office space here is on or adjacent to Hospitality Lane. Government agencies have a notable presence, but the other businesses in the area are diverse.
